John Kennedy Lacock Cumberland Road Postcard No. 70: Concrete Bridge West of Beallsville, Pa.1908Beallsville, PACaption: The P.V.&C. R.R. made a deep cut at this point which necessitated the construction of a bridge. This magnificent concrete structure was completed in 1909 at a cost of about $18,000.
