PancakeFormerly/Also Known As Laboratory, MartinsburgEast Maiden StreetPancake, PA 15301 Pancake (now a part of Washington) was named after George Pancake, an early settler and tavern keeper. For a short while this little village was known as Laboratory, named in honor of postmaster Byron Clark's patent medicine business.>
