I remember seeing Bob Yendes, owner of the Yendes Motel in the 50's. He was business partners with Albert H. Pearson, my grandfather. Bob Yendes also owned a shopping center adjacent to the Dayton Airport on North Dixie Drive just north of Rt. 40. There were offices upstairs and numerous businesses on the main level of the center. At the southern end there was a theater. I remember a number of times having seen films there.
