At some point in the mid 50's the address coordinates for the eastern end of Colfax Avenue seem to have changed; I found different addresses for a few motels on postcards including Manor House that were obviously the same buildings. I found dates for Comb's Manor House at 12590 between 1952 and 1957; then listings for Manor House at this address starting in 1958. This is the lone motel survivor in the Fitzsimons area as of late 2010.
