Railley's Tavern (site)Formerly/Also Known As Welsh's Tavern43 Emery RoadRicheyville, PA 15333 From Searight's The Old Pike (1894): Eli Railley kept a tavern as early as 1830 in a brick house on the north side of the road, about one and a half miles west of Centreville, and was succeeded by the widow Welsh, who conducted it as a tavern as late as 1850. This house is still standing, owned by Amos Cleaver, and occupied by his son as a private residence.
