Latta Motel (site)

Terre Haute, IN 47803This motel was started by Clifford and Rose Latta. In later years, their son Dennis expanded the place and built a modern motel. Notable guests included Tom Mix, Joe Lewis, Louie Myers, George Earnshaw, and Duke Ellington. It was later converted to apartments and then a mobile home park.
