Hollywood DinerFormerly/Also Known As Kids Diner, Westbury Grill400 East Saratoga StreetBaltimore, MD 21202 (410) 244-6806 Manufacturer: Mountain View #326 (1954) Originally located in Westbury, New York, as the Westbury Grill, this diner is the one featured in Barry Levinson's classic film, Diner. This is the one used for filming - the diner that inspired Levinson (the Park Circle Diner) is but a fond memory. This diner has also been seen in other Levinson flicks including Tin Men, Avalon and Liberty Heights. It has also been used for Sleepless in Seattle, Homicide and The Wire. After the filming of Diner, Levinson donated the diner to the Chesapeake Center for Youth Development. It was renamed Kid's Diner. The diner has been relocated in the Baltimore area a few times since its original arrival.
