Atomic Park (site)
Just north of I-70
Columbus, OH 43227I'm a little bit fuzzy on this one so bear with me.
When I used to do a lot of driving between Baltimnore and Indiana there used to be a 'park' full of eerie skeletons and other signs of mass destruction. There was a sign that said something like Atomic Park. Then the park just vanished.
It was located just north of I-70 between James Road and Brice Road.
I've heard from some long time Columbus residents who say that the park had been around for a long time. It was dismantled when the property owner decided to sell the land.
