Denver, CO 80204(303) 534-9505 www.buckhorn.com The Buckhorn is one of Denver's oldest bars and restaurants and is a carnivore and hunter's delight. (Vegetarians and PETA folk should bypass this place!) The various rooms are stuffed with mounted trophies and other hunting and fishing memorabilia.
Of note is a mounted two-headed calf. (What is it with the two headed calves?)
Dining fare is includes steak, game and seafood complimented by not-so-usual Rocky Mountain Oysters (manly food), alligator and rattlesnake.
