Giant Chair and Horse

Denver, CO 80202Just a stone's throw from Route 40 (Colfax Avenue) is the Denver Public Library. Outside of the library is a giant 25-foot tall chair. While the placement of an oversized-object-as-art is not unusual, there is a horse (just slightly larger than life) standing on the chair. I've yet to find an explanation for the inclusion of the horse.
