New Castle, DE 19720What was once a model rural six lane highway has become a congested eight- and ten-lane example of sprawl and poor planning. This shot is a bit of an anomaly as it depicts a rare moment when traffic lights on both end of the photo created a rare lull in the din of traffic noise.
